My Experience

How I learned about the Bradley Method

I learned about the Bradley Method® in 2010 after my cousin, Devin, gave birth to her first child. I visited her in the hospital and was amazed hearing about her incredible and empowered birth experience. I had never heard anyone talk about birth, especially unmedicated birth, in such a positive way! I left that visit knowing that I wanted to study Bradley® like she did.

In 2011, my husband and I took Bradley® classes to prepare for our first child. Learning the method was empowering and prepared us to make the best decisions during the birth process and have the birth experience we wanted.  The relaxation techniques we learned helped tremendously during labor, and my husband was very involved with coaching me.

After giving birth to my 5th baby using the Bradley Method®, I knew I had to help others achieve the same experience !
